Nerves

I'm pretty nervous about getting into the photography program that I applied for. It's not a self esteem thing, it's a "have they met the quota" thing. They only take so many students and I wanted to have my application in by the end of July, but I didn't realize they don't take electronic copies of SAT scores. So I've completed everything else with the application, but I'm not sure if my SAT scores have arrived at the school yet. I'm so nervous to know if I got in. If I don't get in there then I'm really not sure what I'm going to do. There's no back up plan right now, which is pretty scary. I'm ready to become serious in my photography and to do that I need to go to school for it. I'm still feeling so confined by my own lack of knowledge.

On a brighter note... it's getting warmer! I absolutely love warm/hot weather. For the obvious "fun summer" reasons, but it also means that photography jobs are picking back up! It's hard to find good locations when everything is dead. Sometimes it can work, like with bare trees or brown wheat fields (that's what I'm calling them)... but I'm a green girl! I love it during the spring/summer when everything is green! I already have a few people set up for pictures this month! I am extremely blessed to have these people come to me.
The pictures that I am the most excited to do are for my sister. She is graduating this year and that means senior pictures! I can't wait to do hers because I know I wont have any trouble bossing her around and telling her to pose certain ways. Recently I took pictures of my sister and her date for their Winter Semi-Formal. I'm really happy with how some of them turned out.
